Navgrow Construction Private Limited was founded over two decades ago under the leadership of Mr. Tejinder Singh Dhunna. A businessman from Amritsar, he made the bold decision to leave behind his family’s jewelry and cold storage business during the turbulent times following the tragic events of 1984. He established the construction company, initially named Navgrow Builders.

Within just a few years, Mr. Dhunna built a dedicated team and successfully completed projects on time, earning the trust and satisfaction of both property owners and occupants, as well as his team of workers. His reputation as an honest and upright builder quickly spread, a rare quality in the industry. Known for his commitment to quality work and transparent dealings, he gained immense respect in the market. His workers admired him not only for his fair pay but also for his constant support and guidance.

Everything seemed to be aligning for a prosperous business. However, fate took an unexpected turn. Mr. Dhunna tragically passed away from a massive heart attack on the night of December 31, 2004, leaving his family devastated.

Just before his passing, he had signed a collaboration agreement for a project at C-67, Soami Nagar, with plans to begin work on January 6, 2006. The family was determined not to let his vision go unrealized. At this point, Sandeep, his elder son, who was in Australia at the time, made the decision to honor his father’s legacy. He returned to India, packed his bags, and within a week, renewed the contracts and resumed work on the project by January 14, just eight days after the planned start date.

With the unwavering support of the teams that Mr. Dhunna had built, Sandeep successfully completed the project on time. Today, the family resides on the second floor of this home—Sandeep’s very first project.

• Mr. Kamal Agnihotri takes care of all legal matters related to the company.

• J&K Bank, located in C-Block, Greater Kailash – I, New Delhi, serves as the official banker for Navgrow.
